You will be learning to drive in a comfortable, safe, dual controlled tuition vehicle. Currently this is a manual Vauxhall Corsa, with a 1.4l petrol engine. Easy to drive and with good all round visibility, it's the perfect tuition vehicle.
Lessons
The Car

Before your first lesson it is a legal requirement that a driving licence check is performed. To do this simply to obtain a check code.
Once you have the required code, please use the following link to produce a report confirming your entitlement to drive. This can be done in the car, at the start of your first lesson, but will take away some of your lesson time.
Pre Lesson Info

My lessons are 2 hours, in order to give you more time driving and therefore plenty of time to practice. Your training plan is designed to give you the best chance of learning your new skills effectively and maintaining your progression.
Your Lessons

I'm happy to provide intensive training based on your individual needs, in order to help you learn in an accelerated timeframe. This is not on the same basis as a crash course as your practical test will only be booked in line with my terms and conditions to ensure you're ready.
Intensive Courses

Theory Preparation
As a new driver you don't need to have passed your theory test before starting practical lessons; so I provide plenty of theory training as you drive, to help you pass this first time, and retain the information for your practical test.

Full training is provided to give you all the information you need for basic maintenance of your vehicle, as well as teaching you how to operate all of the controls, what their all for and when to use them.

Want To Schedule Your First Lesson?
Learning a new skill takes time, and please consider that the intention of most drivers is to train, take their test, and probably never train again - so we need to get it right first time. Everyone learns at different speeds so, to avoid unnecessary frustration and disappointment, take your time and allow yourself to get used to driving before booking your test.
My Advice

Hazard perception is what helps you stay safe on the roads. I want you to be able to scan the road ahead, and behind, to allow you to plan as far ahead as possible. The more you know about the road and what other road users may do, the better you can plan your own actions to avoid a collision.
Hazard Perception

Although I'd recommend booking a block of lessons in advance, in order to save you money and to pre-book lesson times; I'm very happy to take payment at the start of each lesson by cash or bank transfer, to make things easier for you.
